Sandra is our work horse tutor, while Tim is our beekeeping tutor. Together they have operated a small-holding near Bantry, west Cork, since 2004.

On their seven acre site Sandra and Tim grow vegetables and fruit as well as keeping horses, hens, ducks, sheep and pigs.

Tim, as a commercial beekeepers, maintains many apiaries around west Cork but this site is home to 20 to 30 of his 100 hives.
